PRIMERO. ORDENAR a la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional poner en conocimiento de la Sala Civil - Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla y del Banco Comercial de Barranquilla, en liquidacion, el contenido del expediente radicado bajo el numero T-1.930.567, para que, dentro de los tres (3) dias siguientes a la notificacion del presente Auto se pronuncien acerca de la solicitud de tutela y de los problemas juridicos planteados en ella, si a bien lo tienen.
SEGUNDO. Mientras se surte el tramite ordenado en el numeral anterior, se suspenden los terminos para fallar el proceso de la referencia.
